Is W.F. Milford Insured and Licensed?
Yes, we are fully insured licensed and insured so you can feel good about your home and property being protected.
What can't I throw away?
Any hazardous materials that may include propane tanks, oils, gasoline, chemicles, solvents, car batteries and any other type of toxic waste.
How do Payments Work?
Payment is due in full upon delivery. Any additional fees accrued will be billed based on container weight.
How High can I Load the Container?
You are allowed to load to the top edge of the dumpster. Additional charges may occur if Dumpster is overloaded.
Do any Items I throw away carry a Surcharge?
Yes. Certain items such as Air Conditioners, Automobile Tires, Televisions and Water Heaters all carry a Landfill Surcharge.
Can I move the Dumpster
No. If you need to move your dumpster for whatever reason, just give us a call and we'll move it on your site for an additional charge.
How are Extra Days Calculated?
Dumpsters must be ready for pickup by 10am on the agreed upon date. If your dumpster is not ready for pickup, a $5 per day rental fee will be applied.
Can my Dumpster be Delivered even if I'm not Home?
No. A resident of the household must be present to sign for the dumpster.
Do I have to be Home during Pickup?
Yes. A resident of the household must be present during pickup.
I don't own my Land. Can I still Rent a Dumpster?
If you are a tenant, you must recieve written permission from your landlord in order to rent a dumpster.
How far in Advance do I need Reserve my Dumpster?
Although we have many dumpsters, during certain times of the year we get very busy, so it's best to reserve your dumpster right away.
What if I have obstacles blocking my dumpster during pickup?
For containers that are not serviceable on the day of scheduled pickup, there will be a $100 fee assesed.
